Before you come
A few small things.
What do I bring?
Just yourself. Mat, towel, and water are waiting at your spot. Lockers are stocked with deodorant, dry shampoo, and hair ties.
How early should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes for your first class, ten after. The room opens forty-five minutes before each session.
What if I'm new to yoga?
Start with Flow or Stretch. Tell the instructor at the door — they'll set you up close, with a clear sight line.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes — up to four hours before class, no charge. Members can swap classes any time without a fee.
